Mediaeraser MD 205 degausser is distinguished by strong magnetic field generated by the induction of not less than 18 (kGs) / 18 000 Gauss. This value guarantees the irreversible erasure of data from all types of magnetic media.

The very process of resetting is done by generating a strong magnetic pulse and is 100% efficient. Once deleted, the magnetic media is not suitable for use.

Newest Mediaeraser MD 205 degausser composed by Mediarecovery company is based on the best practices implemented in its predecessor – model 103, which is the only one on the polish market that has been certified by the Polish Military Counterintelligence Service. Mediaeraser MD 205, like its predecessor is used to irrevocably delete data from all types of magnetic media, such as: 2,5’, 3,5’ hard drives, floppy disks, magnetic DLT, LTO and 3490 tapes and others.
